DAMAGED ITEM / LOW QUALITY
For the fastest resolution, please include a photograph that shows the poor quality or damaged area of the item. The images are more optimal on a flat surface, with the label and the error is clearly displayed.
We will use this information to help you with your order and eliminate errors in the future.

You may be eligible for a full or partial refund, if the item (s) purchased arrive damaged. Please note that refunds only apply to product costs, we cannot return shipping costs!
