Damaged or poor quality items
If the product is defective or does not work properly, please contact us. For the fastest resolution, please contact us through contact@Turkigo.com including a photograph that shows the poor quality or the damaged area of the article. The most optimal images are on a flat surface, with the label and the error is clearly shown. We will send you replacements or send you again, as soon as the situation was confirmed, there is no need to return the defective ones. We will use this information to help you with your order, and eliminate errors in the future.
1.Cancel undelivered orders

2. Cancel the order sent
If you are canceling orders when your package has already been shipped out or on your way to the destination, we are sorry, we are not able to call again at that time.
This warranty only covers manufacturing defects and does not cover:
Damage caused by accident
Decomposition of colors and materials due to sun exposure
Post Market Modifications
Returns / exchanges for products with water exposure will not be accepted.
